You may have arrived at this help article because one of your accounts is facing a connectivity issues. We have a specific help guide for Instagram connectivity issues. Please refer to it from here. This guide is created for all other social networks.
In order for you to solve connectivity problems with your account, it is recommended that you re-authorize Studiorific's permissions to use that account and post to the social media network on your behalf. This re-authorization can take place in two steps:
First step: Delete your account from Studiorific
NOTE: our goal is to delete an account and add it back. When you delete an account and add it back, all of your posts (scheduled, drafts, published, unpublished)will be retained and kept for you. You do not need to worry about deleting an account. All of your content will remain safe with us.
- Head over to the Account manager section
- Find the account you wish to fix the connectivity issue with.
- Click on the 3 dots menu to the right of that account.
- Click on the Delete button from that menu to delete your account.
Second step: Add your account to Studiorific
