This guide will help you create a new email campaign and send it to a list of subscribers/contacts.


What are Email Campaigns?

Email Campaigns within Studiorific Campaign refer to one-time email messages directed towards a list of customers. You can customize the content of the email, the subject, and the from sender. You can schedule an Email Campaign or send it right away.


This feature allows you to track deliverability of emails, track email open rate, track email links click rate. Studiorific Campaign provides you with a dashboard to understand all of these metrics for each Email Campaign you create.


How to create an Email Campaign

Here are the steps involved:


Step 1: Open Campaigns page

  • Head over to your Studiorific Campaign Dashboard and select the Campaigns tab shown in Screenshot #1 below.
  • Click on "Create campaign" to create a new Email Campaign.

Step 2: Select the appropriate campaign type

  • You can move forward with an option by clicking on the "Choose" button corresponding to that option.
  • Pick "Regular" if you are unsure.

Step 3: Pick the desired list of subscribers to email

  • Select the list of subscribers you wish to reach out to through this Email Campaign
  • Click Save & Next to move to the next step

Step 4: Fill in the details of your Email Campaign

  • Fill in the details of this campaign including from and reply to addresses.
  • To track open rates and click rates, keep those options checked.
  • Keep "Add DKIM Signature" option check to improve deliverability.

  • Click Save & Next to move to the customizing the content of your email.


Step 5: Customize the content of the email

  • Select the right option for how you wish to proceed with creating the content of your email.
  • If you are unsure, go with the first option "Build from a layout draft"

  • Select the layout format you wish to use

Step 6: Add your own content into the selected layout

  • After selecting the layout option, click on Email Builder PRO button to edit the layout you picked and add your own content.
  • Our editor is a drag and drop editor that allows you to not only edit the text and images that were imported with the selected layout, but also to add your own component from our component library on the right side.

  • In the example screenshot below, I have customized the above layout to add my own content. This is really my dog Enzo.

  • Note how this editor allows you to visualize how the email will be presented on mobile, tablet, or desktops.

  • When done with editing the content, make sure you click on Save & Close.
  • Once you click that, you will be redirected back to the Template tab of the Email Campaign. From here, you can go back to edit the content of the email again or you can include an attachment to the email.
  • When you are done, click on Next at the bottom of that page to move forward.


Step 7: Schedule the email campaign

  • Pick the date and time that you wish to send the emails on.
  • Click Save & Next to continue to the summary screen to confirm the details of this campaign.

Step 8: Send it out!

  • Review the summary presented on the final screen.
  • If everything looks good to you, you may optionally send a test email out to an email of your choosing to understand how the email will appear to your recipients.
  • When you are ready, just click "Send" and your emails will go out on the scheduled date and time.


Step 9: Monitor the campaign analytics

  • Each Email Campaign comes with a dashboard that's specific to it. It allows you to understand whether the emails were sent out or not.
  • Additionally, when users start opening those emails and clicking on the links within, Studiorific Campaign will track the open and click through rates for the campaign.
  • You can access the analytics for each Campaign by going to the Campaigns list page and selecting the campaign you wish to monitor to open its details page. All the analytics you need will be available within that view.
