In this tutorial video we will show you to how schedule posts on your YouTube channel from your Studiorific Social dashboard:




  1. Click on the YouTube tab in the left-hand side menu on your Studiorific Social dashboard.
  2. Click on the Post tab.
  3. Select the YouTube channel(s) on which you want to schedule a post. With Studiorific Social, you can schedule a video on multiple YouTube channels or other social media accounts simultaneously.
  4. Add the video you want to post. You can choose to:
    • Upload files from your File Manager on Stufiorific Social
    • Upload files from your device
    • Upload files from Google Drive
    • Upload files from a media link
  5. Type in the title of your video post in the relevant field.
  6. Choose the category of your video from the dropdown menu.
  7. Type in a caption for your YouTube video in the relevant field. You can include hashtags.
  8. Click on Advanced options to access the tags field.
  9. Type in tags separated with a comma.
  10. Review your YouTube video post in the right-hand side of the dashboard to make sure everything looks good.
  11. To publish your video on YouTube immediately, click on Post. The message will confirm that your post has been published successfully.
  12. To schedule your video for publication on YouTube for a later time, select the Schedule option.
  13. Enter the time when you want your post to be published on YouTube in the Publish date and time field.
  14. If you are scheduling the same post to be published on multiple YouTube channels or other social media accounts, select the interval between the posting on different accounts in the Time gap between posting (in minutes) field. The number you enter will be in minutes.
  15. If you want your post to be reposted multiple times, set the frequency with which you want to report it in the Repost every (days) field. To have your post published just once, set this field to 0. Set up the final date for reposting in the Repost until field.
  16. Click on Schedule. The message will confirm that your post has been scheduled for publication successfully.
  17. You can go to Schedules in the left-hand side menu and choose Queue to confirm that your post has been scheduled for publication.
