In this tutorial video we will show you how to schedule a social media post on multiple accounts on different platforms from the Studiorific Social dashboard:



  1. Click on the Publish all tab in the left-hand side menu on your Studiorific Social dashboard.
  2. Select the social media account on which you want to schedule a post. With Studiorific Social, you can schedule a post on multiple social media accounts on different networks simultaneously. You can choose a group, all accounts, or any number of accounts.
  3. You can schedule a post in the following formats:
    • Photo
    • Video
    • Link
    • Text
  4. Add the media you want to post. You can choose to:
    • Upload files from your File Manager on Studiorific Social
    • Upload files from your device
    • Upload files from Google Drive
    • Upload files from a media link
  5. Type in a caption for your post in the relevant field. You can include hashtags.
  6. Review your post in the right-hand side of the dashboard to make sure everything looks good. You can see how your post will look on each social media platform.
  7. To publish your post immediately, click on Post. The message will confirm that your post has been successfully published.
  8. To schedule your post for publication at a later time, select the Schedule option.
  9. Enter the time when you want your post to be published in the Publish date and time field.
  10. Select the interval between the posting on different accounts in the Time gap between posting (in minutes). The number you enter will be in minutes.
  11. If you want your post to be reposted multiple times, set the frequency with which you want to report it in the Repost every (days) field. To have your post published just once, set this field to 0. Set up the final date for reposting in the Repost Until field.
  12. Click on Schedule. The message will confirm that your post has been successfully scheduled.
  13. You can go to Schedules in the left-hand side menu and choose Queue to confirm that your post has been scheduled for publication.
